This line includes extracts of baker's yeast and hydrolyzed vegetable protein (HVP). Our standard and high nucleotide yeast extracts are obtained from the autolysis of pure cultures of saccharomyces cerevisiae, manufactured using only natural ingredients and state-of-the-art technology. On the other hand, our HPVs are manufactured in a recently improved and exclusive plant for acid hydrolysis processes of vegetable raw materials (soybeans and corn). These products are rich in protein, amino acids, vitamins and minerals that act as flavor enhancers in processed foods and as a nutrient in markets such as animal and plant nutrition, beauty and personal care, and fermentations.
