We produce primary, active and inactive baker's yeasts. These products are obtained through fermentative processes using strains of the species sacharomyces cerevisiae, which result in bio-ingredients with natural contents of essential nutrients such as protein, vitamins and minerals.
Our more than 60 years of experience in fermentation allows us to offer high viability in our active yeasts, yeasts enriched with special compounds such as organic minerals and glutathione (natural antioxidant).
